1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that license of the petitioner has been extended for a period of three months from 1.8.2017 to 31.10.2017, yet her shop has been closed without any authority of law and without assigning any reason. He would further submit that the petitioner has deposited the license fees.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that representation of the petitioner will be decided on or before 22nd October, 2017.

3. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner up to 22nd October, 2017. Till then, the petitioner will be allowed to continue her shop. The petitioner is at liberty to file a representation, if any.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
