1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.30/2020 registered in Police Station - Vidhansabha, Raipur, District- Raipur (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Section 376 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.
