1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that renewal of mining lease has been ordered, but respondent No.3 is not executing the supplement agreement.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner may make a representation before respondent No.3 and in turn, respondent No.3 shall consider and take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
