Shri Sanjeev Kumar Sahu Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/10/2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners be allowed to file a fresh application before the Claims Tribunal seeking release of the amount deposited in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the award dated 12.05.2016, as the petitioners are in extreme need of the deposited amount.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh application before the Claims Tribunal for release of the said amount stating reasons and need and the Claims Tribunal is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' application expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law afresh.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
