Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board

1. On an application under Section 131 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, Tahsildar Kartala, District Korba has passed an interim order against the petitioner restraining him from raising construction over the land bearing Khasra No.486, village Kartala.

2. The interim order was later on confirmed by the Tahsildar and the proceedings are posted for recording evidence for the parties.

3. Considering the nature of the dispute pending before the Tahsildar, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to Tahsildar, Kartala to complete the proceeding and pass final order at the earliest preferably within a period of 2 months from today.

4. Petitioner shall serve certified copy of this order before Tahsildar within a week.
