1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the order dated 01-314 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Ambikapur, rejecting his application for issuance of caste status certificate.
2. Prayer allowed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Petitioner may prefer the appeal within a period of 30 days from today. On such appeal being preferred, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months, from the date of submission of memo of appeal.
