1. The petitioner has brought to notice of this Court to an administration impassive.

2. In compliance of transfer order dated 18.4.2016 passed by the State Govt., the petitioner proceeded on transfer and joined at Akaltara

-2Municipal Council on 5.5.2016. His joining was accepted. He was allowed to continue. Now the Chief Municipal Officer of Municipal Council, Akaltara, has raised an objection that the petitioner's relieving order has not been produced and, therefore, the petitioner is apprehending that the joining may be cancelled. This apprehension has brought the petitioner to this Court.

3. The matter is of administrative issue. According to the petitioner, he was duly relieved. The Chief Municipal Officer, Akaltara is required to seek necessary information from Nagar Panchayat- Pathariya with regard to relieving of the petitioner. In case of any dispute between Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat on the aspect of relieving of the petitioner, the CMO Municipal Council, Akaltara shall seek guidance and instructions from the Director, Urban Administration Department, Chhattisgarh, Raipur. Until matter is so settled, the joining of the petitioner at Akaltara should not be withdrawn or cancelled. The aspect of salary shall also be considered and decided. The entire exercise should not take more than 2 months.

4. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off with the observation /direction as above.
