1. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction the respondents to change the subject which the petitioner is teaching at the present place of posting.

2. This Court in exercise of its jurisdiction may not be empowered to issue such a writ as has been sought for. However, if the rules permit the same may be done by the respondent No.4.

3. Let a detailed representation be made by the petitioner to the respondent No.4 who in turn shall consider and decide the

representation in accordance with merits as per the rules governing the field.
