Shri Ajay Barik, Advocate.
Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 27/10/2015 1.
The present writ petition arises from order dated 21.11.2014 in Original Application No. 920 of 2012 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench, Circuit Sitting Bilaspur (hereinafter called 'the Tribunal'). The Tribunal has directed the Petitioner to keep the claim of the Respondent for compassionate appointment alive on basis of merit points given to him with regard to alternative sources of income for three successive meetings. 2.
Admittedly, the father of the Respondent died on 26.9.2009. The Respondent claimed compassionate appointment which was considered under the subsequent policy dated 20.1.2010. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner therefore has no objection to the disposal of the writ petition in similar terms as Writ Petition (S) No. 3264 of 2015 on similar issue. 3.
The writ petition is disposed in similar terms. Sd/- Sd/- (Navin Sinha) (P. Sam Koshy) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Amit
