At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that the petitioner in the instant case was aged about 54 years when the petition was filed and now by efflux of time he has retired from service and accordingly prays for disposal of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his grievance, if any, by moving a fresh representation. He further prays that on moving the fresh representation, the respondent No.2 may consider and decide the same objectively as expeditiously as possible.

The said prayer is not opposed by the respondents. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner, if he sochoses, makes a fresh representation to the respondents taking into consideration all subsequent "mai

-2L32 development for redressal of his grievance, if any. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the respondent No.2 shall consider the same in accordance with rules governing the service conditions of the petitioner and shall pass an order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of 6O days from the date of receipt of such representation. 4.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid '

liberty.
