Therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 01- State Information Commission, Raipur is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
