1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2020 registered in Police Station DD Nagar, District Raipur for offence under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 28.8.2020 on merits.

3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
