Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.3 for correction of his father's name in the school record, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application, if any before the said authority for redressal of his grievance.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
