1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.149/2019 registered in Police Station Anda, District Durg for offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, deceased Vinay Nanda Wankhede, Manager of Shreya Public School and his co-worker Anand Bibe had proceeded for some work in the morning of 2.12.2019 in their Activa

vehicle, however, soon their mobile numbers were showing "switched off". The dead body of Anand Bibe was found and the call details were obtained whereafter this applicant was arrested and his memorandum statement was recorded. He disclosed to the police that he along with his juvenile friend had some dispute with both the deceased persons over some monetary transaction. The dispute is about demand of Rs.20,000/- by the deceased persons from Purendra Sahu (applicant) for declaring him pass in 10th supplementary examination. Dead bodies have been recovered at the instance of this applicant. The police has also obtained call details. CCTV footage of Shriji Fuels Petrol Pump, village Anda shows that deceased Anand Bibe and the present applicant were together before the incident.

3. Considering commission of two murders, one after the another and the evidence available on record, present is not a fit case for releasing the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
