Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh application before respondent No.3 to reconsider the order dated 15.04.2017. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to file fresh application before respondent No.3 to reconsider the order dated 15.04.2017. If such application is filed by the petitioner, in that event respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the said application, strictly in accordance with the provision of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
