1. Counsel for the respondent submits that the direction given by this Court has since been complied with. The Counsel for the respondent showed a correspondence dated 03.05.2019 whereby the representation of the petitioner was rejected.

2. Given the facts that the respondent has already decided the representation of the petitioner and has rejected the claim, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains in this Contempt Petition.

3. If at all if the petitioner intends to challenge the subsequent decision, the petitioner would have the liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceedings.

4. Counsel for the respondent is further directed to ensure that the decision of the committee whereby the representation of the petitioner was rejected, shall also be made available to the petitioner.
