As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.3/New India Insurance Company Limited has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount of compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of 2 months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within two months, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual payment.

The amount of compensation shall be payable to the Appellant through Cheque.
