By filing the instant MCC, prayer for extension of time for a further period of 6 months for vacating the house has been made on behalf of the applicant. 5.

On due consideration, the instant MCC for extension of time is hereby allowed and in addition to 1 year's time from the date of judgment passed in Second Appeal No.221/2008 (Shankar Rao Wandalkar v. Shrimati Kurri Bai & another) and Second Appeal No.233/2009 (Hemant Kumar Nirmalkar v. Smt. Kurri Bai & another), i.e., 18-06-2014, 6 months further time is granted to the applicant to vacate the suit premises and to hand over its vacant possession as ordered in para 10 of the aforesaid judgment dated 18-06-2014 of this Court. 6.

With the above extension of time, the instant MCC is disposed of. 7.

No order as to cost.
