Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 09/10/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application on 09.02.2017 under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the Tahsildar Dabhra for removing the encroachment over the government land made by respondent No. 04, which is not been considered and decided till date, and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly

allowed.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Dabhra is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
