By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to grant regular pay scale to the petitioner from the initial date of appointment.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the State Government, by order dated 13/07/2012, has constituted a Committee comprising of Director, Public Instructions, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, as

Chairman, Deputy Director, Legal Cell, Directorate, Public Instructions, Raipur, as Member and the District Education Officer, as Member to look into the grievances of the employees with regard to grant of regular pay scale from their initial date of appointment. Thus, this matter may be referred to the said Committee.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits the same. 4.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to the aforesaid Committee for taking appropriate decision, in accordance with law. The needful may be done within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
