At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties very fairly & jointly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in WP(S) No.2354 of 2013 and other connected matters, wherein in the similar matter, the co-ordinate Bench has dismissed the petition. They would further submit that the preset matter may be decided in the same terms.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the parties and finding it to be identical to WP(S) No. 2354 of 2013 and other connected matters, this petition is also dismissed in terms of order passed in WP(S) No.2354 of 2013.
