1. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court in WP (S) No.360/2015 (Raja Ram Kosle Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited & others) and other connected matters

vide order dated 8.4.2015, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WP (S) No.360/2015 and other connected matters. A copy of the order passed in WP (S) No.360/2015 be placed in the record of the present writ petition.
