The modification sought for is to the extent that in the order dated 26.02.2020, in place of "contempt petition" inadvertently due to clerical mistake "writ petition" has been reflected. Taking into consideration the fact, the office reference stands allowed. The order dated 26.02.2020 stands modified to the extent that in the said order dated 26.02.2020 "writ petition" be read as "contempt petition".

With the aforesaid modification, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
