1. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 31.3.2016 on various grounds, one of which is that the order violates the policy of keeping husband and wife together as far as possible.

2. It is found that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 6.4.2016 which has remained undecided till date.

3. Taking into consideration the broad policy of keeping the husband and wife together as far as possible subject to administrative exigency, the representation of the petitioner deserves due consideration. Therefore, at

-2this stage, it is expedient to disposed off the petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on petitioner's representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
