The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 920 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that in paragraph-2, the year of appointment of the petitioner in the higher post has inadvertently been got typed as 2013 whereas it should have been 2011. Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 13.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 920 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that in paragraph no.2, the year of appointment of the petitioner now shall be read as "2011" in stead of "2013".

Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No. 920 of 2019. No order as to costs.
