2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as she is arrested in connection with crime No.90/2019 registered in Police Station Bhanupratappur, Dist. North Bastar Kanker for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail

MCRC No. 1958 of 2020 application with liberty to move again at an appropriate stage.
