Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that impugned order dated 20.12.2016 passed by Additional Commissioner, Surguja is revisable before the Board of Revenue under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code. (2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer the revision before the Board of Revenue within a period of 30 days

from today.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer the revision before the Board of Revenue. If such revision is filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today and, in turn, the Board of Revenue shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with revision. (5) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
