Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termination passed by the Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Bhansoj, District Raipur.

Admittedly, the order has been passed by a cooperative society registered under the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the Act, 1960'), therefore, the petitioner has statutory remedy of raising a dispute before the jurisdictional Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies under Section 64 of the Act, 1960.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that in the event, the petitioner raises a dispute before the jurisdictional Deputy Registrar, the same shall be adjudicated and decided expeditiously.
