Agrawal Order On Board 1 3 /10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application for renewal of his Hotel Bar licence has been rejected by order dated 12.09.2017.
(2) One additional copy of the order dated 12.09.2017 be supplied to the petitioner within a week.
(3) In view of above submission, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 12.09.2017 in accordance with law.
