1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Mr.A.N.Bhakta, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the trial has already ended in acquittal vide Annexure P/6, therefore, the petitioner may be given liberty to avail the remedy available under the law for custody of seized vehicle in excise offence.
3. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
4. The instant CrMP is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. However, auction proceeding, if any, shall remain stayed for a period of 15 days.
