Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the order dated 18.07.2017 passed by the Additional Commissioner cum Arbitrator has not been complied with by the respondent No. 5- Sub Divisional Officer cum Land Acquisition Officer till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner has also preferred representation before the respondent No. 5 but to no avail. Hence, this writ petition.

I have learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 4 and 5 are directed to comply with the order of Additional Commissioner dated 18.07.2017 and proceed in accordance with law expeditiously and conclude it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner would be at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
