1. Heard.
2. Petitioner contends that the father of the petitioner namely Ruplal Nirala died in harness on 15.12.2015 and the petitioner being the dependent has filed an application for compassionate appointment along with the relevant documents, however, no decision has yet been arrived at by the respondents on the said application.
3. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the
application, if any, has not been placed on record along with the petition, therefore, it cannot be said that the petitioner has made any application.
4. Without going into the factual dispute on this since the death of the father of the petitioner is not in dispute that he died in harness on 15.12.2015, considering the same, it is observed that the petitioner may make afresh application along with all the relevant documents before the respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks from today and if such application is filed, the said respondent shall decide the same within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the application.
