2. The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 03.03.2021 (Annexure P/1) wherein the petitioner has been suspended. The order has been issued by the SDO Koriya.

3. Since the order has been passed by the SDO under the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993, the petitioner can avail the remedy of appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules 1995.

4. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
