2. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 21.9.2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No.4892 of 2017. They would pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

3. In view of the above joint statement made, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.9.2017 passed in WPS No.4892 of 2017. If the petitioner's grievance is not redressed/fully redressed, he will be at liberty to revive this petition.
