Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector, Mahasamund for restoration of possession of land which is pending consideration since 10.01.2017 and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Collector, Mahasamund is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
