The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.207/2016 registered in Police Station Dongargarh, Distt. Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 306 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Roshini Lahre committed suicide by jumping into the Kumharatola Dam on 16/03/2016. It is alleged that the applicant who was in love relation with the deceased refused to marry her and thereby he abetted the deceased to commit suicide. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that statement of father of the deceased Rajaram Lahre even if accepted, it will not make out a case of abetment. He submits that charge sheet in this case has been filed, therefore no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the statement of father of the deceased Rajaram Lahre. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and charge sheet

has been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
