1. The petitioners are aggrieved on account of the reason that they have not been regularized despite there being award in their favour.

2. Earlier, similar petition was filed which was dismissed as withdrawn on 1.4.2016 in WPC No.87 of 2016 with liberty to move an application in execution or prosecution in accordance with the provision contained under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The petitioners have again approached this Court.

-23. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable. The petition is accordingly dismissed with the same liberty.
