Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint on 23.01.2017 before the Collector, Dhamtari for redressal of his grievances which has not been considered and

decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

I have learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Dhamtari is directed to consider and take decision on the petitioner's complaint and dispose it of expeditiously. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
