Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner. 2.

Whenever transfers are made and representations are filed by the Government servants, the transferring authority concerned has to take appropriate decision thereon on administrative ground. 3.

In this case, as the representation has been preferred by the petitioner, the authority shall decide the same at the earliest. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
