Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Part Time Sweeper, pursuant to which she joined in the concerned school on 13.08.2012 (Annexure-P-1), however, she has not been paid salary from the date of joining till date. 2.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is claiming salary for the period she has worked, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Head Master, Primary School, Baank, Block Odgi, District Surajpur and the Block
Education Officer, Block Odgi, District Surajpur to verify as to whether the petitioner was appointed on the post and has worked after joining on 13.08.2012. If the fact is verified in favour of petitioner, the issue concerning payment of salary to the petitioner shall be decided within a period of 8 weeks from the date of finalization of enquiry. The petitioner shall submit copy of this order along with representation before the Block Education Officer, Odgi and Head Master, Primary School, Bijalidand, Block Odgi within a period of 15 days from today.
