---- Respondent For applicant - Shri P.K. Tulsiyan, Advocate. For Respondent/State - Shri Anmol Sharma, PL. Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 06/07/2021 1.

The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.556/2020 registered in Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 294, 506, 323, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and under section 25, 27 of Arms Act.
