The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.2/2020, registered at Police Station AJAK, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (CG), for offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (ढ) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. Leaned counsel for the applicant was not connected to argue the matter through the video conferencing on the previous date of hearing. Today also he is not connected to argue the matter.

3. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
