With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondent No.6 on the post of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator of Gram Panchayat Kosma, Janpad/District Mungeli.

Under the extant circular governing the recruitment, appellate remedy is provided under Clause 15 read with relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal, within a period of 30 days from today. Sd/- JUDGE PRASHANT KUMAR MISHRA Nirala
