After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002

2. No objection from other side.

3. It is ordered, as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above. It is made clear that if the appeal is preferred by the petitioner within a period of fortnight from today, the same shall be entertained by the Debts Recovery Tribunal on merits without raising plea of limitation.
