We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that fresh notification has been issued on 28.10.2014 published in the gazette also including Commerce as a recognized qualification for promotion from the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) to Teacher (Panchayat).

The grievances of the Petitioners that in absence of the said qualification being recognized they would be denied the right to be considered for promotion stands remedied.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners does not dispute the correctness of the same.
