2. I.A.No.1/2015 for condoning 43 days delay in filing the restoration application is allowed.

3. The applicant has preferred this application for restoration of First Appeal (M) 31 of 2014 which was dismissed by this court vide order dated 1704-2015 for want of prosecution.

4. For the reasons stated in the application for restoration, the same is allowed and First Appeal (M) No. 31 of 2014 is restored to its original number.
