Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision filed by the petitioner in the matter of imposition of penalty of removal and dismissal of appeal is pending before respondent no.2. The revision was filed in the month of September, 2015. He prays for issuance of direction by this Court for expeditious disposal of his revision.

Learned Astt. Solicitor General submits that pending revision of the petitioner shall be decided as early as possible.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's revision in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months.
