(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.202/2014 registered at Police Station Berla, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 17.06.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 2517/2015.
(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
