1. Considering the fact that subsequent to the order passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 4446 of 2014 dated on 09.12.2020, the respondents vide order dated 27.02.2021 (Annexure C/6) have already rejected the claim of the petitioner. Rightly or wrongly, the respondents have taken a decision. Now whether the order is right or is legal is not one which can be tested under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, the same would have to be tested under the power of judicial review under writ jurisdiction.
