1. Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1, 2 and 4/State would submit that against the order dated 22.9.2017 the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector, Kabirdham, which is pending consideration since 28.9.2017.

2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Kabirdham is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner and other affected parties by a speaking

and reasoned order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
